Pea-licious Hummus

- 1 Hand blender
Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drianed
- 150 g Fine peas, frozen
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 g Pepper
Instructions
- Unfreeze the peas and drain the chickpeas.1 can Chickpeas, 150 g Fine peas, frozen
- Take a few pieces of peas and chickpeas aside for decoration.
- Place all ingredients in a blending bowl and blend with the hand blender until smooth.1 can Chickpeas, 150 g Fine peas, frozen, 2 tbsp Tahini, 2 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 clove Garlic, 1 tsp Salt, 3 g Pepper
- Place the hummus in a serving bowl and decorate with few pieces of peas and chickpeas.
- Set aside ideally to the fridge and let cool down for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve as side dish or eat as snack with carrot and cucumber.
