Carrot cake

Ingredients

  • 200 g Banana
  • 1 pc Egg
  • 70 g Fine oats
  • 90 g Vanilla protein powder
  • 250 g Carrots Shredded
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 200 ml Soy milk or cow low fat milk

Topping

  • 300 g White yoghurt low fat
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 60 g Wallnuts

Instructions

  • Shred the carrots
    250 g Carrots
  • Mash the bananas
    200 g Banana
  • Mix all ingredients well together
    1 pc Egg, 70 g Fine oats, 90 g Vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Baking powder, 200 ml Soy milk
  • Bake in a smaller round or square form on 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes and let cool down

For the topping

  • Mix the yoghurt and cinnamon
    300 g White yoghurt, 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Cut the cake into 6 pieces and top it with the yoghurt and 10 g wallnuts on each piece
    60 g Wallnuts
