Banana protein bread

Ingredients
- 300 g Banana
- 100 g Oats Ground to flour
- 100 g Almond flour
- 120 g Protein powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 300 ml Soy milk
- 2 Eggs
- 5 ml Vanilla aroma
- 100 g Dark chocolate Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the over to 180 degrees.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.100 g Oats, 100 g Almond flour, 120 g Protein powder, 1 tsp Baking soda, 1 tsp Baking powder, 0,5 tsp Salt
- Mash the bananas, mix with milk, eggs and vanilla aroma.300 g Banana, 300 ml Soy milk, 2 Eggs, 5 ml Vanilla aroma
- Mix the dry ann wet ingredients together into a homogeneous mass.
- Chop the dark chocolate and add to the dough.100 g Dark chocolate
- Place the dough into a bread form and place into oven.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes.
- Let the bread cool down, cut it into 10 pieces and serve.
