Hey, my name is Monika!
I work with the three aspects of human life: body, mind and soul. Healthy body contributes to healthy mindset contributes to healthy emotional state contributes to healthy body… One cannot exist without another. I call this the trifecta of life.
I am a colorful soul. I was born in 1990 in Czech Republic and I currently live in Denmark. I am a mother of a wonderful teenager, Patrick and a dog mum of a street dog, Pixel.

My own lifestyle transformation
From low energy and no motivation to full of power.
As a mindset coach I knew I needed a change. I needed to change the way of living, because I had no energy, I didn’t like to look at myself in the mirror, I couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted and I was just down.
My own lifestyle change journey made me aware of how important it is to balance all three aspects of life: body, mind and soul. Because body, mind and soul are connected and create the totality of life.
Let’s be honest… Life will always throw new challenges at you but when your body, mind and soul are strong, it makes it easier to deal with any challenge and always go forwards. Feel better in your own body, have good energy every day, be there for your family and friends, be happy and enjoy your life!

My own progress
I was focusing only on spirituality and mindset. I was doing okay but not really…
In 2021 one of the biggest crises in my life came where I had to stand on my own through a very difficult time and back then I decided I need change and something to focus on…
I decided to set up a training plan, wake up at 5 a.m. every morning and got to the gym. As the time went, I also started following a meal plan, which really made a huge progress.
Every time I look in the mirror, I’m happy. And most importantly I am also happy inside. My lifestyle change helps me every day. Life will always come with something at you and you must be ready. Ready to stand strong and confident. Ready to move forwards and pursue your dreams.

I am a funny and vibrant soul that loves spreading good energy, inspire and encourage people around me. I love talking to strangers, being friendly and make random people laugh. I am a bit crazy most of the time of every day, but I also can be very serious. I consider myself to be a good person with a heart on the right place, that can be there for others in need.
I speak five languages. Czech, English, German, Danish and Greek. German thanks to my living in Germany for several years and Greek because I lived in Greece for 1,5 years. I’ve learned English in my teenage years and developed throughout the years. And since I’ve lived in Denmark since 2014, I also speak that language.
I like changes, I love exploring new things and ways of being. I never stand still. In fact that’s one of my biggest challenges, to stop and relax sometimes.
I always try to do my best, I turn problems into opportunities and I think of life as a never ending wonderful journey, and we are here to do the best out of it and enjoy it fully.
I love training and developing my body into the best version of myself. I enjoy cooking, especially from scratch. I don’t like food waste and I love to experience with using every bit of grocery I have. I work on my mindset and emotional state every day.
