Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 100 g Dates Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 252 g Black Beans One drained can
  • 40 g Peanut Butter
  • 70 g Oats Blend to flour
  • 4 tbsp Baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 60 g Protein powder

Topping

  • 50 g Dark chocolate Melted
  • 20 g Peanuts Chopped to fine pieces

Instructions

  • Blend the wet ingredients together. (Include the water from the soaked dates. Make sure you only cover the dates with hot water and do not use way too much , as it can get too fluid.)
    100 g Dates, 40 g Peanut Butter, 252 g Black Beans
  • Add the dry ingredients and blend into a homogen mass. Add water if neccesary.
    70 g Oats, 4 tbsp Baking cocoa, 1 tsp Salt, 60 g Protein powder
  • Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and cut it into 20 pieces. Start rolling a ball out of every piece.
  • Cover the half of each piece in dark chocolate and dip to chopped peanuts.
    50 g Dark chocolate, 20 g Peanuts
