


Brownie Snackables
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 100 g Dates Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 252 g Black Beans One drained can
- 40 g Peanut Butter
- 70 g Oats Blend to flour
- 4 tbsp Baking cocoa
- 1 tsp Salt
- 60 g Protein powder
Topping
- 50 g Dark chocolate Melted
- 20 g Peanuts Chopped to fine pieces
Instructions
- Blend the wet ingredients together. (Include the water from the soaked dates. Make sure you only cover the dates with hot water and do not use way too much , as it can get too fluid.)100 g Dates, 40 g Peanut Butter, 252 g Black Beans
- Add the dry ingredients and blend into a homogen mass. Add water if neccesary.70 g Oats, 4 tbsp Baking cocoa, 1 tsp Salt, 60 g Protein powder
- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and cut it into 20 pieces. Start rolling a ball out of every piece.
- Cover the half of each piece in dark chocolate and dip to chopped peanuts.50 g Dark chocolate, 20 g Peanuts
