Carrot cake
Ingredients
- 200 g Banana
- 1 pc Egg
- 70 g Fine oats
- 90 g Vanilla protein powder
- 250 g Carrots Shredded
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 200 ml Soy milk or cow low fat milk
Topping
- 300 g White yoghurt low fat
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 60 g Wallnuts
Instructions
- Shred the carrots250 g Carrots
- Mash the bananas200 g Banana
- Mix all ingredients well together1 pc Egg, 70 g Fine oats, 90 g Vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Baking powder, 200 ml Soy milk
- Bake in a smaller round or square form on 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes and let cool down
For the topping
- Mix the yoghurt and cinnamon300 g White yoghurt, 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Cut the cake into 6 pieces and top it with the yoghurt and 10 g wallnuts on each piece60 g Wallnuts
