Protein choko buns

Ingredients
- 150 g Carrot finely shredded
- 100 g Banana
- 350 g Cottage cheese High protein low calorie
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Oats grounded to flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 80 g Protein powder
- 80 g Dark chocolate minimum 72%
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Shred the carrot finely.150 g Carrot
- Mash the banana.100 g Banana
- Mix carrot, banana and the rest of wet ingredients together.350 g Cottage cheese, 2 Eggs
- Mix all dry ingredients together.200 g Oats, 1 tsp Baking powder, 0,5 tsp Salt, 80 g Protein powder
- Now combine the wet and dry ingredients, getting a slightly sticky dough.
- Chop the dark chocolate and mix it with the dough, so that it is evenly divided.80 g Dark chocolate
- Form 10 even sized buns and place on a baking tray. Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
