Ingredients
- 50 g Oats
- 48 g Dates
- 20 g Peanuts
- 20 g Peanut butter
- 30 g Protein powder
- 15 g Cocoa powder
- 15 g Zero calorie syrup
- 3 g Cinammon Grounded
Topping
- 20 g Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add water if the mixture is not blend well together.50 g Oats, 48 g Dates, 20 g Peanuts, 20 g Peanut butter, 30 g Protein powder, 15 g Cocoa powder, 15 g Zero calorie syrup, 3 g Cinammon
- Let the dough rest in a fridge for at least an hour. Then take out and form 20 small balls.
- Melt the chocolate and dip the balls in it.20 g Dark chocolate
- Let it all rest in a fridge and enjoy.
