Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 25 Muffin forms Ideally smaller in diameter (3-4 cm)

Ingredients

Bottom

  • 65 g Oats
  • 30 g Protein powder
  • 30 g Peanuts
  • 80 ml Soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder for baking
  • 10 g Zero calorie sweet syrup
  • 1 pinch Salt

Filling

  • 100 g Peanut butter
  • 80 g Peanuts

Topping

  • 120 g Dark chocolate Minimum 72%

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients for the bottom in a blender and blend together until a homogeneous mass is formed. Add Soy milk if needed.
    65 g Oats, 30 g Protein powder, 30 g Peanuts, 80 ml Soy milk, 1 tbsp Cocoa powder, 10 g Zero calorie sweet syrup, 1 pinch Salt
  • Divide the mas into 25 small forms.
  • Blend peanut butter with a bit of warm water and divide onto the bottom of each bite.
    100 g Peanut butter
  • Divide peanuts on each bite.
    80 g Peanuts
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or in a microwave and top each bite.
    120 g Dark chocolate
  • Let the snickers bites rest in a refrigerator for at least an hour. Enjoy :)
