Spinach Oat Energy Wraps

Equipment

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Pan

Ingredients

  • 100 g Oats
  • 250 ml Water
  • 100 g Spinach Chopped, frozen
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 g Pepper

Instructions

  • Let the spinach unfreeze and chop it into smaller pieces.
    100 g Spinach
  • In a blender, mix the oats and water for a few minutes until you get a fine mixture.
    100 g Oats, 250 ml Water
  • Add aditional water of the mixture is to thick, but be carefull not to add too much.
  • Add salt and pepper and other spices if you feel like experimenting.
    1 tsp Salt, 3 g Pepper
  • Mix the spinach with the oat mixture and make ready for frying on the pan.
  • This mixture should make 6 small pancakes. Fry them on a pan.

Notes

Ca. 8 g protein per serving.
Fill the tortillas with your favorite veggies, tofu, hummus and all that your heart desires. Choose protein rich ingredients.
