Spinach Oat Energy Wraps

- 1 Pan
Ingredients
- 100 g Oats
- 250 ml Water
- 100 g Spinach Chopped, frozen
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 g Pepper
Instructions
- Let the spinach unfreeze and chop it into smaller pieces.100 g Spinach
- In a blender, mix the oats and water for a few minutes until you get a fine mixture.100 g Oats, 250 ml Water
- Add aditional water of the mixture is to thick, but be carefull not to add too much.
- Add salt and pepper and other spices if you feel like experimenting.1 tsp Salt, 3 g Pepper
- Mix the spinach with the oat mixture and make ready for frying on the pan.
- This mixture should make 6 small pancakes. Fry them on a pan.
Notes
Ca. 8 g protein per serving.
Fill the tortillas with your favorite veggies, tofu, hummus and all that your heart desires. Choose protein rich ingredients.
