Vanilla bean bites

- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
For the mass
- 252 g Black beans, drained
- 30 g Vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 30 ml Soy milk
- 48 g Dates
- 1 tbsk Peanut butter
For the topping
- 20 g Dark chocolate Minimum 72%
Instructions
- Place all mass ingredients into the food processor and mix til smooth.252 g Black beans, drained, 30 g Vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, 30 ml Soy milk, 48 g Dates, 1 tbsk Peanut butter
- Place the dough to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Take out the dough, roll it out and cut into 20 pieces.
- In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or water bath.20 g Dark chocolate
- Shape the dough pieces into small balls or other shape and place on a cutting board, ready to be topped with the dark chocolate.
- Top the balls with the dark chocolate and place into refrigerator for another hour to let the chocolate harden.
