PowerUp er bygget på funktionel træning, hvor vi har fokus på at styrke kroppens samlede funktionalitet. Vi arbejder med et mix af cardio, styrke og power. PowerUp er en all-round træningsform, som kan tilpasses alle niveauer, så ALLE kan være med. Vi træner med høj intensitet og udfordrer viljestyrke, udholdenhed og styrke.

Jeg hedder Monika, jeg er personlig træner, kostvejleder, mindfulness coach og grafisk designer. I PowerUp har jeg også fokus på de tre aspekter af menneskelivet: krop, sind og sjæl.
Det er ikke nok kun at træne, vi skal nære alle aspekter af vores menneskeliv. PowerUp byder derfor på at styrke dig som det hele menneske gennem træning, mulighed for vejledning til sund kost og mindfulness øvelser i slutningen af hver session.
My own lifestyle transformation
From low energy and no motivation to full of power.
As a mindset coach I knew I needed a change. I needed to change the way of living, because I had no energy, I didn’t like to look at myself in the mirror, I couldn’t wear the clothes I wanted and I was just down.
My own lifestyle change journey made me aware of how important it is to balance all three aspects of life: body, mind and soul. Because body, mind and soul are connected and create the totality of life.
Let’s be honest… Life will always throw new challenges at you but when your body, mind and soul are strong, it makes it easier to deal with any challenge and always go forwards. Feel better in your own body, have good energy every day, be there for your family and friends, be happy and enjoy your life!

START
I was focusing only on spirituality and mindset. I was doing okay but not really…
In 2021 one of the biggest crises in my life came where I had to stand on my own through a very difficult time and back then I decided I need change and something to focus on…
ON THE WAY
I decided to set up a training plan, wake up at 5 a.m. every morning and got to the gym. As the time went, I also started following a meal plan, which really made a huge progress.
NOW
Every time I look in the mirror, I’m happy. And most importantly I am also happy inside. My lifestyle change helps me every day. Life will always come with something at you and you must be ready. Ready to stand strong and confident. Ready to move forwards and pursue your dreams.

You can easily attend your other classes as yoga, group trainings, swimming. I am going to boxing three times a week and do strength training on the side. Everything is made so it suits your needs.
