Blend the wet ingredients together. (Include the water from the soaked dates. Make sure you only cover the dates with hot water and do not use way too much , as it can get too fluid.)
100 g Dates, 40 g Peanut Butter, 252 g Black Beans
Add the dry ingredients and blend into a homogen mass. Add water if neccesary.
70 g Oats, 4 tbsp Baking cocoa, 1 tsp Salt, 60 g Protein powder
Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and cut it into 20 pieces. Start rolling a ball out of every piece.
Cover the half of each piece in dark chocolate and dip to chopped peanuts.
