Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Shred the carrot finely.
150 g Carrot
Mash the banana.
100 g Banana
Mix carrot, banana and the rest of wet ingredients together.
350 g Cottage cheese,
2 Eggs
Mix all dry ingredients together.
200 g Oats,
1 tsp Baking powder,
0,5 tsp Salt,
80 g Protein powder
Now combine the wet and dry ingredients, getting a slightly sticky dough.
Chop the dark chocolate and mix it with the dough, so that it is evenly divided.
80 g Dark chocolate
Form 10 even sized buns and place on a baking tray. Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
