Ingredients

  • 150 g Carrot finely shredded
  • 100 g Banana
  • 350 g Cottage cheese High protein low calorie
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Oats grounded to flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 80 g Protein powder
  • 80 g Dark chocolate minimum 72%

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Shred the carrot finely.
    150 g Carrot
  • Mash the banana.
    100 g Banana
  • Mix carrot, banana and the rest of wet ingredients together.
    350 g Cottage cheese, 2 Eggs
  • Mix all dry ingredients together.
    200 g Oats, 1 tsp Baking powder, 0,5 tsp Salt, 80 g Protein powder
  • Now combine the wet and dry ingredients, getting a slightly sticky dough.
  • Chop the dark chocolate and mix it with the dough, so that it is evenly divided.
    80 g Dark chocolate
  • Form 10 even sized buns and place on a baking tray. Bake on 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
