Let the spinach unfreeze and chop it into smaller pieces.
100 g Spinach
In a blender, mix the oats and water for a few minutes until you get a fine mixture.
100 g Oats, 250 ml Water
Add aditional water of the mixture is to thick, but be carefull not to add too much.
Add salt and pepper and other spices if you feel like experimenting.
1 tsp Salt, 3 g Pepper
Mix the spinach with the oat mixture and make ready for frying on the pan.
This mixture should make 6 small pancakes. Fry them on a pan.
