Place all mass ingredients into the food processor and mix til smooth.
252 g Black beans, drained, 30 g Vanilla protein powder, 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, 30 ml Soy milk, 48 g Dates, 1 tbsk Peanut butter
Place the dough to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Take out the dough, roll it out and cut into 20 pieces.
In the meantime, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or water bath.
20 g Dark chocolate
Shape the dough pieces into small balls or other shape and place on a cutting board, ready to be topped with the dark chocolate.
Top the balls with the dark chocolate and place into refrigerator for another hour to let the chocolate harden.
