Instructions
Add to blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
30 g Banana,
100 ml Soy milk/ cow milk,
150 ml Water,
34 g Chia seeds,
10 g Coconut shredded,
20 g Vanilla protein powder
Add more water if the pudding is too thick.
Now mix in the oats.
20 g Oats
Place into a container, chop the chocolate and top the pudding with it.
10 g Dark chocolate
Let it rest and enjoy.
