Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 30 g Banana
  • 100 ml Soy milk/ cow milk Low fat
  • 150 ml Water
  • 34 g Chia seeds
  • 10 g Coconut shredded
  • 20 g Vanilla protein powder
  • 20 g Oats
  • 10 g Dark chocolate Minimum 72%

Instructions

  • Add to blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
    30 g Banana, 100 ml Soy milk/ cow milk, 150 ml Water, 34 g Chia seeds, 10 g Coconut shredded, 20 g Vanilla protein powder
  • Add more water if the pudding is too thick.
  • Now mix in the oats.
    20 g Oats
  • Place into a container, chop the chocolate and top the pudding with it.
    10 g Dark chocolate
  • Let it rest and enjoy.
