- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 30 g Banana
- 100 ml Soy milk/ cow milk Low fat
- 150 ml Water
- 34 g Chia seeds
- 10 g Coconut shredded
- 20 g Vanilla protein powder
- 20 g Oats
- 10 g Dark chocolate Minimum 72%
Instructions
- Add to blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.30 g Banana, 100 ml Soy milk/ cow milk, 150 ml Water, 34 g Chia seeds, 10 g Coconut shredded, 20 g Vanilla protein powder
- Add more water if the pudding is too thick.
- Now mix in the oats.20 g Oats
- Place into a container, chop the chocolate and top the pudding with it.10 g Dark chocolate
- Let it rest and enjoy.
