Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredienser

  • 100 g Dadler Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
  • 252 g Sorte bønner Drænet
  • 40 g Peanutbutter
  • 70 g Havregryn Blend til mel
  • 4 tbsp Kakao Til bagning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 60 g Protein pulver

Topping

  • 50 g Mørk chokolade Smelted
  • 20 g Peanuts Hakket i fine stykker

Sådan gør du

  • Blend the wet ingredients together. (Include the water from the soaked dates. Make sure you only cover the dates with hot water and do not use way too much , as it can get too fluid.)
    100 g Dadler, 40 g Peanutbutter, 252 g Sorte bønner
  • Add the dry ingredients and blend into a homogen mass. Add water if neccesary.
    70 g Havregryn, 4 tbsp Kakao, 1 tsp Salt, 60 g Protein pulver
  • Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and cut it into 20 pieces. Start rolling a ball out of every piece.
  • Cover the half of each piece in dark chocolate and dip to chopped peanuts.
    50 g Mørk chokolade, 20 g Peanuts
