


Brownie Snackables
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredienser
- 100 g Dadler Soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 252 g Sorte bønner Drænet
- 40 g Peanutbutter
- 70 g Havregryn Blend til mel
- 4 tbsp Kakao Til bagning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 60 g Protein pulver
Topping
- 50 g Mørk chokolade Smelted
- 20 g Peanuts Hakket i fine stykker
Sådan gør du
- Blend the wet ingredients together. (Include the water from the soaked dates. Make sure you only cover the dates with hot water and do not use way too much , as it can get too fluid.)100 g Dadler, 40 g Peanutbutter, 252 g Sorte bønner
- Add the dry ingredients and blend into a homogen mass. Add water if neccesary.70 g Havregryn, 4 tbsp Kakao, 1 tsp Salt, 60 g Protein pulver
- Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes and cut it into 20 pieces. Start rolling a ball out of every piece.
- Cover the half of each piece in dark chocolate and dip to chopped peanuts.50 g Mørk chokolade, 20 g Peanuts
