Instructions
Shred the carrots
250 g Carrots
Mash the bananas
200 g Banana
Mix all ingredients well together
1 pc Egg,
70 g Fine oats,
90 g Vanilla protein powder,
1 tsp Cinnamon,
1 tsp Baking powder,
200 ml Soy milk
Bake in a smaller round or square form on 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes and let cool down
For the topping
Mix the yoghurt and cinnamon
300 g White yoghurt,
1 tsp Cinnamon
Cut the cake into 6 pieces and top it with the yoghurt and 10 g wallnuts on each piece
