Equipment

  • 1 Waffle iron

Ingredients

  • 1 piece Banana ca. 100g
  • 1 piece Egg replace with flaxseed slime
  • 15 g Peanut butter
  • 20 g Protein powder vanilla

Topping

  • 5 g Dark chocolate min. 72%
  • 1 handfull Strawberry

Instructions

  • Mash banana with a fork.
    1 piece Banana
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well together
    1 piece Egg, 15 g Peanut butter, 20 g Protein powder
  • Bake the waffel on a waffle iron undtil golden.
  • Top with strawberries and chopped dark chocolate, you can use other berries if desired.
    5 g Dark chocolate, 1 handfull Strawberry
