Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats
  • 48 g Dates
  • 20 g Peanuts
  • 20 g Peanut butter
  • 30 g Protein powder
  • 15 g Cocoa powder
  • 15 g Zero calorie syrup
  • 3 g Cinammon Grounded

Topping

  • 20 g Dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add water if the mixture is not blend well together.
    50 g Oats, 48 g Dates, 20 g Peanuts, 20 g Peanut butter, 30 g Protein powder, 15 g Cocoa powder, 15 g Zero calorie syrup, 3 g Cinammon
  • Let the dough rest in a fridge for at least an hour. Then take out and form 20 small balls.
  • Melt the chocolate and dip the balls in it.
    20 g Dark chocolate
  • Let it all rest in a fridge and enjoy.
